This policy explains what personal data Muslim Body Coach ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for that information. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
- Details you give us. Your first name and email address when you request the free plan or apply for coaching, plus any answers you give in the application questions.
- Basic technical data. Your IP address and browser type at the moment you submit a form, kept to prevent spam and abuse.
- How you arrived. The page you landed on and, where available, the source that referred you (for example a link from Instagram), so we understand which content is useful.
We do not ask for or store special category data, payment card numbers, or health records through this website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To send you the free plan and related coaching emails — on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To respond to a coaching application and arrange a call — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — our email platform, which stores your name and email and delivers our emails. See Brevo's own privacy notice for details.
- Our website host — which stores form submissions on our server.
We never sell your data, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you are subscribed or in conversation with us about coaching. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active systems promptly, keeping only what we are legally required to.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses, so your data keeps the same protection.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@muslimbodycoach.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use only the minimal storage needed for the site to work (for example, remembering how you arrived so we can attribute a form submission). If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
